Ingredients
5 lbs. of small potatoes
1-1/2 lbs. of bacon - cut into small pieces
Parsley
1 large onion - diced
3-4 Tblspns. of Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Some boiling water
Preparation
Boil potatoes until done. Let cool. Cut up bacon and fry until crispy. While potatoes are still warm, peel and slice into mixing bowl. Add onions, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour a little boiling water over, then add the bacon with bacon grease. Mix; add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
