Ingredients
8 medium sized cooked potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
2 large onions sliced thin(white, yellow or Vidalia)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup water
2 tblsps. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup cider vinegar
Preparation
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towel. Add flour to bacon grease, gradually add water and vinegar. Stir in sugar and cook until smooth. Add crumbled bacon, onion and potatoes.
