Ingredients

2 pounds round steak cut very thin

1/4 # bacon

1 cup chopped onion

Cut round steak into approx. 2 1/2 X 4 inch pieces

Process onion & bacon together in food processor

Lay bacon & onion on top of steak pieces-roll and toothpick

In an electric fry pan fry a little bacon for grease. Brown beef rolls on all sides. Add water to cover 1/2 up the rolls. Set to simmer and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Add more water as necessary.

Add halved red potatoes the last 20-30 minutes.

Remove meat & potatoes from pan and make gravy to pour over all in bowl.
