Ingredients

4 eggs

1/3c Sugar

2c Milk

2c Flour

1 1/2tsp Vanilla

butter

Lemon

Powdered Sugar

Preparation

In blender beat eggs, add milk, sugar, flour and vanilla and blend

Over very low heat melt enough butter to coat inside of nonstick skillet, pour batter into skillet to coat. Cover and cook untill pancake is set. Flip onto plate, squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle with powdwered sugar.
