Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
Powdered sugar
Lemon juice
Preparation
preheat oven to 400. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in quiche pan in oven (ceramic works best). Beat eggs, add flour. Mix well (use wire whip) until smooth. Add milk and beat again. Pour into hot melted butter in pan. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown on edges (like a large popover). Remove from pan onto plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice (2 tablespoons) and powdered sugar. Cut and eat.
