Ingredients
5 - 8 inch long and about 2 inches in diameter cucumbers
1 - large white onion
2 tablespoons - fresh minced dill
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon black and red pepper blend
salt to taste
Preparation
Peel cucumbers and cut into thin slices. Place in large salad serving bowl. Peel onion and cut into rings. Break rings apart and add to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with a slotted serving spoon.
