Ingredients
4-6 Turkey or Chix thighs (can use breast too) 3lbs (no skin or bones)
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp liquid smoke
Preparation
Cook in crock-pot till meat falls apart and can be shredded (on high 4-5 hours). Serve on roll with coleslaw If you can make coleslaw homemade (very easy buy a bag by lettuce in grocery store) gives it an extra something!
