Ingredients
For cake:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
1 small package Jello Instant Pudding
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
For glaze:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup rum
1/4 cup water
Preparation
For cake: Grease and flour a bundt pan. Crumble nuts in bottom. Add pudding mix, rum, water, eggs and oil to the cake mix. Whisk for 2 minutes and pour into cake pan. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes. Let cool for no longer than 15 minutes before removing from pan. To glaze: Mix and boil the above ingredients 2-3 minutes. Spoon slowly on inverted cake. Place on cake stand and start celebrating!
