Ingredients
4 Cups Sliced Romaine Lettuce
2 Fresh Peaches, skinned and cubed ( Substitute with fresh apple in off season)
1/2 Cup currants
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4 oz. Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
1 cup (3/4 bottle) Dinni’s Select Peach Balsamic vinaigrette
Preparation
Pre refrigerate Peach Balsamic Vinaigrette. Wash the salad greens and drain completely, toss with Peach Balsamic Vinaigrette and all other ingredients and serve. NOTE: Do not subititute the dressing brand, because the pech balsamic vinaigrette gives the unique taste.
