Ingredients
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp Epicure Greek Seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp minced garlic
Preparation
Using a mixer, blend the cream cheese, the lemon juice, the garlic and the greek seasoning. Using a spatula, scrape sides down and form into a ball shape. Place on a sheet of waxed paper, and using the paper form into a perfect ball. Place in a container and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve with crackers of your choice.
