Ingredients

1 tomato

1/2 c green bell peppers

1/2 c celery

1/2 c zucchini

1/4 c onion

1 T green onion, tops only

1 T parsley

2 cloves garlic

2 1/2 T tarragon wine vinegar

1/2 t salt

1/4 black pepper

1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

2 cups tomato juice

Preparation

FInely chop all vegetable. Combine; top with parsley and sour cream.
