Ingredients

2 cucumbers (halved, seeded NOT peeled)

8 plum tomatoes

2 red onions

6 garlic cloves

46 oz tomato juice (or V8)

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 TBSP salt

1 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Roughly chop veggies

Put each veggie in food processor separately.

Pulse.

Do not over-process.
