Ingredients
1 large tomato
1/2 cucumber
1/2 small onion
1/2 green pepper
1 celery stalk
2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced or crushed,
2 cups of tomato juice
3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of white wine
2 tbsp of basil
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of white pepper
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
Finely chop all vegetables. Combine with all remaining ingredients and refrigerate 24 hrs.
