Ingredients
1/2 c consomme
1/2 c snappy tom tomato juice
1/2 c onion
1 c chopped cucumber
1 c chopped tomato
1 c chopped green pepper (red/yellow)
2 T vegetable oil
4 T seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 T salt
add tobasco and worchestershire to taste.
Optional:
garnish with avocado

Mix together. Adjust taste accordingly. Chill
