Ingredients

4 c diced roma tomatoes

1 c tomato juice (clamato is good!)

1 c beef broth

1 c diced cucumber

1 c diced yellow pepper

1 c diced celery

1/2 c diced green onion

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or peel

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp basic

2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

1 tsp salt

1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

1 tsp worcester sauce

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp tabasco

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Chill at least over night up to 24 hours.
