Ingredients

10 oz of stale very crusty bread

21 oz. of tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

2 white onions

2 green peppers

1 cucumber

7 tablespoons of oil

2 tablespoons of vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoon of water

Salt to taste

Preparation

Roughly chop all ingredients and put in blender with water. While the blender is on, pour through the top the oil vinegar and add salt. If the consistency is very watery keep adding small chunks of bread to thicken.

This may take several top ups but once blended strain through a fine sieve to release lumps into a large pan and once all is done, chill in the refrigerator and prepare garnish.

Note: for those who like it garlicy, you can add more.
