Ingredients

1 lb plum tomatoes

1 green pepper

1 white onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tsp cumin seeds

100 ml white wine vinegar

375 ml olive oil

salt and pepper

Preparation

Roughly chop all the vegetables and combine all ingredients in a container to go into the fridge overnight.

Blend thoroughly and sieve, then chill.

Serve with ice cubes, a drizzle of olive oil and a basil leaf.
