Ingredients

1 14-16 oz canned slices tomatoes

1/4 c red wine vinegar

1 diced ripe avacado

1/2 c tiny cooked canned or frozen shrimp (optional but excellent with!)

3-4 thinly sliced green onions - frim green included

1 15 oz can beef broth

1/2 c red or green diced bell peppers

3 cloves of garlic mashed to a paste with 1/4 t. of salt

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and chill 1-2 hours. 4-6 fresh tomatoes chopped with seeds may be substituted for the canned tomatoes.
