Ingredients
1/2 C. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar (I use brown)
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire
1/2 C. catsup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. hot pepper flakes
Preparation
Cover ribs with water. Add 1/2 Tlbsp. salt and 2 Tbsp. vinegar. Simmer for 40 minutes. Drain. Make sauce , combine remaining ingredients and heat. Dip ribs in sauce. Grill 20-30 minutes or bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Dip several times during cooking until the sauce is used.
