Ingredients
2 1" butterflied pork chops
2 T. soy sauce
3 T. honey, room temperature
2 t. tajin consisting primarily of chile peppers, lime, and salt and found in many grocery stores, primarily latin american.
Preparation
Pour honey into a bowl. Add soy sauce, stirring until sauce is a syrupy consistency. Place chops in a bowl and cover with the sauce. Let the chops marinate in refrigerator for as long as you wish. They can marinate all day for a stronger flavor or they can be dipped and grilled.
Preheat gas grill to 400F.
Place chops on grill, brushing fresh marinade onto chops as needed
Cook until juices no longer run pink when pierced by a fork.
Split chops and serve
