Ingredients

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons of garlic powder

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 package frozen spinach, defrosted and drained

1/3 cup of raisins

1/3 cup of pine nuts

Preparation

In an 8-inch pan, heat all 4 cloves of minced garlic with your 4 tablespoons of olive oil, on medium heat.

Let the garlic sizzle for a moment, turning the garlic a light golden brown.

Add in the drained spinach, permeating the oil and garlic throughout the greens.

While this cooks, shake the 2 tablespoons of garlic powder into the mix.

After a moment, introduce the raisins and pine nuts– mixing everything in together.

Let it simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and serve.
