Ingredients

1 bunch kale (about 4 cups), de-stemmed, chopped and massaged

1 tbsp liquid amino acid

2 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp lemon juice (or one lemon squeezed)

2 tbsp water

4 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 cloves garlic, minced

black pepper to taste

Suggested variations to this recipe would be to replace the 1 tbsp of liquid amino acid with 1 tbsp of soy sauce or 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients (except for kale) into a food processor, adding nutritional yeast last.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place the kale into a large bowl, then pour dressing over the top and toss until coated.
  4. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
