Ingredients

1 garlic clove

Kosher salt

1 1/4 low-fat plain Greek yogurt

Olive Oil

Salt and pepper

Smoked paprika

Cumin

Preparation

Smash garlic and sprinkle with kosher salt, then mash and smear into a paste with the flat side of a knife. Mix with yogurt and thin with water. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
