Ingredients

2 Tbs Olive Oil

1 bunch of broccoli, cut into florets

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 Tbs soy sauce

1/3 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, garlic, soy sauce, and 1/3 cup chicken broth. Cook, covered, until broccoli is tender, 5-6 minutes.
