1 1/2 cups chopped roma tomatoes
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Preparation
Heat oil in small skillet Saute tomatoes and garlic, stirring occasionally to form puree (about 10 min) Cool completely Mix butter, tomatoes, rest of ingredients
