Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp

1/4 cup olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons white wine

Lemon juice

Salt and pepper

Parsley

Preparation

Heat olive oil is skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper, saute 2 minutes. Raise heat to high; add shrimp, wine and paprika. Saute until shrimp are pink (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat; season with salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice to taste.
