Ingredients

2 pounds (21-25 count) shrimp, peeled and de-veined

2 tablespoons garlic, chopped

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup dry white wine

Juice from 1/2 lemon

2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Place peeled and de-veined shrimp on bottom liner pan. Add all other ingredients on top of shrimp and gently mix. Cook on power level high for 5 minutes. Stir shrimp mixture and resume cooking for 4-5 minutes.

Tips:

Crusty bread is great to serve on the side, use to soak up butter sauce.
