Ingredients

1 lb of any long pasta product

1 lb or more to taste of small clean/deveined shrimp

2 or more to taste cloves of garlic/ chopped & diced

2 tsps olive oil

1 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions, remove from heat & drain.

Heat olive oil in large skillet, add garlic & saute’. Add shrimp and saute until shrimp is cooked. Add pasta, mixing all ingredients together. Reduce heat and add 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, mixing it with all the ingredients. Remove from heat, add the remaining cheese after served onto plates.
