Ingredients
8oz Angel Hair Pasta
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Pound Large Shrimp
8 Cloves Garlic minced or 8 teaspoons minced
1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley or Basil
Juice Of One Lemon
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Flakes
Preparation
Peel, Devine Shrimp and rinse set aside. Cook Angel hair pasta according to package. In a skillet heat oil and butter till white from butter subsides about 30 second. Add Shrimp and Garlic and saute till all shrimp is pink about 4 minutes making sure you turn shrimp so it cooks evenly. Add Basil or Parsley, salt, pepper and lemon Juice. Stir well. Serve immediatly over Angel Hair Pasta.
