3-4 garlic scapes, chopped

1 Tbsp lemon juice (to taste)

1 can canneli beans

1/2 tsp sea salt (to taste)

1/4 cup pine nuts

1/4 cup olive oil (to texture)

Black pepper (to taste)

Pinch of sugar (to taste)

2-3 tbsp water (to texture)

Preparation

add ingredients to food processor or blender, blend to texture of a dip, adding 2-3 tablespoons water, as necessary, and desired flavor
