Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dried dill weed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons of finely minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup buttermilk
Preparation
Whisk first 6 ingredients together. Add desired salt and pepper. Add buttermilk slowly to mixture to desired consistency (less milk for thicker dressing, more milk for thinner dressing). For best results, allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator. Will keep up to a week chilled, in sealed container.
