Ingredients

1 can flat anchovies

10 medium to large cloves of garlic, sliced

1 T olive oil

1 t dried basil

1 t dried oregano

1/2 t crushed red pepper

1 pound linguine

grated Parmesan Regianno

Preparation

  1. Cook linguine until al dente in salted water.

  2. While pasta is cooking, saute anchovies, garlic, and oil until garlic lightly browns and anchovies fall apart.

  3. Add spices to the garlic mixture and toss with the pasta and Parmesan.
