Ingredients

2 lbs egg noodles

2 1/2 tbsp butter

4 tbsp garlic

4 tomatoes cut in quarters

2 stems of basil

1/2 pound shitake mushrooms

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp sugar

2 1/2 tbsp pepper

1 cup bean sprouts

Preparation

  1. Boil egg noodles in hot water for 10 min until tender

  2. Heat up a wok. When its warm add butter, follwed by garlic, tomatoes, basil, mushrooms and strained noodles. Saute for 3 minutes stirring reg.

  3. Add soy sauce to pan and toss with noodles until blended. Sprinkle pepper and sugar, toss well

  4. Add protein if desired
