Ingredients
1 lb steak cut mushrooms
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Lemon
Preparation
Heat olive oil in the skillet, then add the garlic and cook for another minute. Put the mushrooms in and turn to high heat. Mushrooms will absorb the oil - when most is gone turn down heat to low. Fluid will leak out over the next couple of minutes. Turn heat back up until fluid is mostly gone. Add salt, pepper, lemon, and parsley.
