Ingredients

200g Cup or Button mushrooms, sliced

150ml White wine

100ml Chicken stock

100ml Fresh double cream

1 Finely choped onion

1tbsp Olive oil

20g butter

3 tsp Crushed garlic

Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onions and garlic, cook until soft. Add the butter, mushrooms, chicken stock and wine, slowly simmer until mushrooms are cooked through. Turn the heat up and add the cream, salt and pepper, cook until the sauce is thick.
