Ingredients
6 lbs of potatoes
3 tbs butter
2 heads of garlic/olive oil
6 cups heavy cream
salt
black pepper
Preparation
Roast garlic saute in butter Add cream and reduce to 1/2 (7 min) cook potatoes add to potatoes and mix well (mash). reheat over low heat if necessary.
