Ingredients

10 medium russet potatoes

1 small container of heavy whipping cream

1 stick of butter

garlic salt

and pepper.

Preparation

Peel potatoes and dice into fourths. Boil potatoes until fork can easily break through the potato. Use a ricer or masher to mash the potatoes. Add butter and 1/2 the container of whipping cream. Mix until fluffy, adding more whipping cream if needed. Add garlic salt and pepper accordingly.
