Ingredients
1 pound yellow potatoes, peeled and quartered
8 tbsp butter
8 oz sour cream
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic salt
Preparation
Boil potatoes until cooked. Melt butter and sour cream in a small bowl in the microwave. Put potatoes, butter and sour cream mix, pepper, and garlic salt into the mixer and mash until smooth.
