Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter
4 medium cloves of garlic minced
4 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
grated zest of 1 lime
1/4 tsp. cayenne or to taste
U-15 or large shrimp, peeled & deveined- 20 count
fresh Italian parsley, minced
Preparation
Melt butter in heated heavy saute pan until sizzling.Stir in the fresh garlic, not allowing to brown & then add the next 5 ingredients. Simmer 1 minute then add the shrimp, & cook for approximately 3 minutes or until opague in the center. Srinkle with fresh parsley
