Ingredients

-1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-A Pinch of Tarragon (dried or fresh)

A Half a Handful Oregano (Marjoram)

Handful of Herb De Provence or any other fine quality herb mix

4 cloves of garlic

Preparation

put oil in a small bowl (the one you will serve it in) then crush or press garlic and add it to the oil. mix and pres garlic on bottom of bowl. Then add the herbs, it doesn’t matter what order, but when you add them, sort of squeeze, and press them through your hand to get the max flavor out of them. Then mix your sauce throughly and press garlic on bottom of bowl once more.
