Ingredients

3-4 TBS heavy whipping cream

2 pinches of salt (more or less to taste)

about 6 turns on a pepper mill (white pepper tastes better, if you use white pepper use less it is stronger)

3 garlic cloves

1 TSP all purpose flour

white wine

Preparation

Mince the garlic and put it in a pan on low heat with the wine (how much you use depends on how much you need, and if you like the flavor or not, i used about equal parts wine and cream) bring it to a simmer then add the cream, pepper, and salt. If it is too runny for you add the flour, not too much or it will be pasty. (blech!) anyways you’ll want to begin preparing this just after your food is done, it doesn’t take but 5 min.
