Ingredients
1 can sweet corn
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 carton chicken broth
1/2 stick margarine
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano (ground or crushed)
1/2 tsp. Basil leaves (crushed)
About 1/4 tsp. salt, or until desired flavor is reached.
Dash of pepper
Preparation
Dice garlic. Combine garlic, corn, evaporated milk, and chicken broth into medium pot, bring to a simmer over medium to med/low heat. Add margarine and let melt completely. Add rosemary, oregano, salt, and basil periodically until desired taste is reached. Enjoy!
