RUB CHICKEN WITH GARLIC. IN FOOD ROCESSOR PLACE REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL. PULSE 20 SECONDS TILL LIQUIFIED. PLACE CHICKEN IN BOWL AND POUR MARINADE OVER. REFRIGERATE 2-4 HOURS. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 IN FRYINGPAN WITH OIIL BROWN THE CHICKEN PIECES. PUT IN SHALLOW ROASTING PAN. SKIN SIDE UP. ROAST 45 TO 60 MINUTES. SERVE
