Ingredients

8 pcs chicken, legs and thigh pieces are ideal

3-4 potatoes, quartered

1 tsp oil

1 onion, blended

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp salt (level tsp)

1 tsp pepper

1 1/2 cups water

Preparation

  1. Heat cooker; add oil, onion paste, ginger/garlic paste

  2. Add chicken pieces, potatoes, salt/pepper

  3. Add water just before closing cooker lid

  4. After the first whistle, cook for 7 mins (or approx 25 mins without whistle, from the time u put the lid on)
