Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) CONTADINA® Recipe Ready Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic

1 can (8 oz.) CONTADINA® Tomato Sauce

4 slices mozzarella cheese

Hot cooked pasta

Preparation

Cook chicken in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat, 3 minutes per side or until golden brown; drain.

Pour undrained tomatoes and tomato sauce over chicken; bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done.

Place cheese slices over chicken and tomatoes. Cover and cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
