Ingredients

2cups diced tomatoes (canned)

1 15oz can garbanzo beans (undrained)

5 zuccini’s sliced

1 yellow squash sliced

1 green or red pepper diced

2 cups white wine

7 minced garlic cloves

2 bay leaves

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp paprika

1 cup each monterey jack,romano

cheese grated.

1 1/2 cups heavy sweet cream

1 pound each shrimp, scallops

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except seafood, cream and cheeses and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour in covered 3 quart casserole or heavy pot covered. remove from oven, add seafood and cream and cheeses and bake an addional 20 minutes
