Ingredients

1 head roasted garlic

3 tbsp olive oil

1/4 stick of butter

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

1 tsp marjoram

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp parmesan cheese (or romano, pecorino or any blend of finely grated italian cheeses)

Preparation

  1. Pour oil into a small bowl. Melt butter if it is not soft enough to mash with a fork. Add oregano, basil, marjoram, black pepper, sea salt and parmesan cheese.

2.Remove peel from roasted garlic, and mash cloves. Whisk into butter blend until creamy.
