Ingredients
10-15 Brussel Sprouts, cut in half length-wise.
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1-2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Grain Mustard (I used Inglehoffer Brand)
Handful grated sharp cheddar or parmesian cheese to taste.
Preparation
Add butter and garlic to saucepan over medium heat. Once butter is melted, add Brussel sprouts. Saute until brussel sprouts are golden brown. Remove from heat. place in bowl and mix in mustard and cheese. Enjoy!
