Ingredients
Italian or Sourdough Bread Roll
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Whole garlic clove
Preparation
Cut the bread roll in half and brown under the broiler.
Cut the garlic clove in half and rub it over the warm, toasted bread generously.
With a pastry brush, spread the olive oil over the bread and garlic.
I also, put a little Italian seasoning into the olive oil, before I spread it.
