Ingredients

6 oz dried whole wheat or plain fettuccini

2 T EVOO

1 1/4 lbs large shrimp (20 to 25/lb)thawed, peeled, deveined

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/8 t crushed red pepper flakes

3/4 C dry white wine

1 1/4 C grape tomatoes, halved

1/4 C finely chopped fresh basil

Salt, pepper

Parm. cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, heat oil in large heavy skillet over med. heat until hot. Add shrimp, cooking 4 min. and turning once. Transfer to pot with pasta. Using oil in skillet, add garlic and red pepper; cook about 30 sec. Add wine and cook 1 to 2 min. Stir in tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and pepper; stir occasionally. Return shrimp/pasta to pan and heat through. Top with parm. cheese
